"The hotel was spotless and staff efficient but as it was first wk of May it was exceptionally quiet with only two other guests. There was limited access to restaurants, etc again because of the time of year. Roof repairs were being done so property looked a little unsettling when we first arrived."

"Fantastic property. Rooms were very clean and nice. Staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Lake Louise was still mostly frozen when we were there the first week of May but it is such a beautiful place that it didn't matter if the lake was still frozen. Food in the restaurants are so good. I have always wanted to come to Lake Louise and stay at the Fairmont and I'm so glad that my wife and I did. We're planning to go back in September with my whole family, I'm not sure if I can afford 3 rooms but we'll see. The Fairmont Lake Louise is definitely a 10 plus and a must try."

"Room was as expected from listing. Could do with more storage for ski clothes for 4 people but was very nice. The pool and spa area is amazing and the restaurants onsite were great. A simple 10 minute bus straight upto the hill made it an easy stay. "

"This property was on the road to Lake Louise and the Shuttle Company the Property recommended to take us to Lake Louise and Morraine Lake was excellent. In fact, we were the only ones in the van."
