"The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. When connecting to the internet, I was asked to provide a review. I provided feedback that I could hear the neighbours because there was an adjoining door between the rooms, and although I wasn't bothered by it, I mentioned that it would be good if the listings showed that some rooms had this adjoining door set up. Within minutes of submitting the feedback, reception called my room and offered to move me to another room. They were so lovely and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. When checking out they asked what I was doing for the rest of my trip - after mentioning where i was going, they provided me maps and advice to stay safe on my travels and to get the most out of my road trip. Would highly recommend this for your next stay in Lake Louise! "

"Our stay at Baker Creek Hotel was absolutely magical! Nestled in a stunning, secluded forest area, this place feels like a serene retreat away from the world. We stayed in an incredibly romantic wooden cabin facing the forest, and it exceeded all our expectations. The cabin's interior design was both thoughtful and unique, blending rustic charm with modern comfort. It was clear that every detail had been carefully considered. The service was friendly and welcoming. The lady at the front desk was wonderful—her warm demeanor made us feel right at home. Our stay was perfect in every way, and we left feeling refreshed and reconnected. We can't recommend Baker Creek enough for anyone looking for a romantic, peaceful getaway. We'll definitely be back!"

"Everyone on the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that although the food in the dining room is extraordinary, the prices are extremely high, even for that level of fine dining. But overall we loved our experience here and fully intend to make this an annual visit. "
