This property was disgusting--the bathroom sink and tub drains were clogged, there were tiny flies all over the bathroom, I woke up with bug bites one morning, and the overall condition of the room was poor.

The room was clean and quiet, but the ac was quite loud and blowing over the bed. The bathroom is in need of a makeover, especially the shower. The staff was friendly if not effusively helpful. Still, the location is perfect, even if the price is steep.

Baseball Visit
We came to Chicago for a week of baseball. The hotel is within a mile of Wrigley Field and a half a mile from the mass transit system that takes you to Chicago White Sox stadium the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the neighborhood for food is very diversified and excellent.

The decor is very unique and interesting. I like that I could connect to the wifi and stream from my phone onto the TV, and the hair dryer in the room; however, there is no refrigerator. Overall, it was a good experience.

This hotel is in a great location if you're looking to see some of the north side of Chicago and is walkable to Wrigley Field. However, the property itself is a little run down, our room smelled weird and was very small - no bath, no closet, no minifridge. But it was clean enough and we weren't there to spend time in the room so it was serviceable.

The room was quiet and worked for one night, but the layout if the bathroom had a step, which was a big tripping hazard. There was also no coffee in the lobby. The front desk should be clearer to pay at the garage if you cannot locate your ticket, because it was a hassle getting out of the parking garage nearby. Also did not like that the TV streaming did not work properly.
