Enjoyed our stay and are low maintenance guests. On a 4 night stay only request room cleaned once and only beds were made. Old towels remained with all garbage left clearly which should have been taken away.

The hotel was excellent, and in the heart of the city, close to many attractions. The staff were excellent. I arrived early for check in (3 hours) and the front desk associate, Tuana, who was a trainee went above and beyond to allow me the option of early checkin. All staff were responsive to my questions and willing to help without hesitation.

Easy walking distance from everything you would like to see while in London. Vauxhall is the nearest tube station. Nice property but the rooms are just beginning to show their age - not badly but some of the furniture is starting to show some wear. Overall a great place to stay if you want to walk the main points of the city

We loved everything about this hotel. The room we had was huge, the Thames River view was phenomenal and The Rose pub down the road was awesome! Overall great hotel for everything. Staff were absolutely great. Walking distance to everything - tourist attractions to the tube. Spot on hotel. Highly recommend.
