The pictures on the internet are very different than what the property truly looks like. The beds are terrible. Planes are going over the property every 30 seconds. I did not get the type of room I reserved. Would never stay here again!

It was a good walkable distance from the strip. It is a 20 minute walk from the strip. It is also very close to convenience store and cvs. But it is also close to the airport. If you don't mind the airplane sounds, this is a good quiet place. I would stay here again.

It was a quiet stay. Room was big with big living room and kitchen space. Parking lot can get crowded but there was always a spot available. Bar soap, lotion and hair wash was included in the bathroom. I had difficulty cutting the shower head on so I didn’t use the shower head and I was too tired and hungover to call front desk. It’s near the strip and restaurants. It was an enjoyable stay overall.

To be clear; we WILL be coming back. We like this hotel. But no place is perfect. The cons of the property are: it is right next to the strip (which is also a pro) but it means it is pretty unsafe outside the property, the shower in our latest room was always cold, the airport noise is substantial, the protest across the street was loud, and beds were pretty firm. Not necessarily a con, but the deposit is huge for the area, $225. I found that weird, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere with that large of a deposit. So definitely use a credit card when you check in. However, we have stayed before and we will stay again. The pros are: The rooms are huge, clean, I like the design of the property, amenities are great, staff was friendly, everything is newly renovated, BIG tubs for baths, and overall very good for large families. I do recommend this hotel for a variety of reasons. But if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs, and don’t leave anything of value in your car.

Not good when a fat old lady has to climb in windo
The key card kept losing its code. The final time was at 2am after getting my boyfriend to the airport. Night staff said the computer didn't show me as a guest and wouldn't rekey my card. I asked "So then, where should I sleep till morning staff comes" reply was "I don't know" there was no offer to try and figure out the situation and no offer to have a seat in the check in area. I was not in the mood to fight it out with person and had remembered i left a bathroom window open so politly walked away. After spending too much time trying to awake problem solving and entering through the bathroom window i was now stuck in my room unable to leave to get me keys until my boyfriend landed m and was able to call management. With all times lost i now needed a late check out, which they seam to have a policy on not giving late check outs, if they do is only for 1 hour. When asking for extra time i was told they would charge me another days stay. I pushed the fact that i had been locked out for most of the we hours in the morning the clerk then went to ask Management who finally ok'ed extra time. Key card kept turning off making check out even slower and harder. While waiting for security to come open the door for my final trip to the car it was said the computer takes out previous guest names real early and that is possibly why i couldn't get a rekey at 2am.
