We enjoyed our time at the Elara. As a Hilton Honors member I often choose Hilton properties when I travel. The property itself was lovely, upon arrival bellhops greeted our party and helped us with our bags. We were able to check in several hours early. The area we were in was comfortable and felt safe, lots to do around the mall attached to the hotel. While we were there, there were areas of construction in the hotel and all over the strip which took away from the views we hoped for.

I was quite disappointed with my experience. I booked a room in advance, and upon arrival, I was informed that the only available option was a room with a parking lot view. After flying all the way to Vegas and spending a significant amount of money on my stay, I expected much better. Despite the high rates, I was placed on the fourth floor with a view of a parking lot, which was not what I anticipated. I was told that all rooms are priced the same, but due to prior bookings, they couldn’t accommodate me in a higher-floor room. This felt unfair and frustrating, especially given the circumstances. Overall, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I believe the hotel should do better in managing reservations and accommodating guests.

The one bedroom suite was very nice and the property connects to the Malll adjacent to Planet Hollywood. The room had an incredible view of the Sphere and check-in was a breeze! Problem was, despite leaving the “please make up room” from 11AM to 4PM every day, they never cleaned the room or removed trash! After calling twice they finally removed the trash. And after another call we received fresh towels. There is no restaurant/room service onsite, although there are plenty of dining options in the adjacent mall.

Very nice space, location, service and cleanliness... however chairs, couch and sofa bed are old and were not as comfortable. No smart tv... they offer dvd rentals. The microwave and ice maker in the fridge also had some failures.
