1. Expedia falsely advertised an upgrade to the junior suite. 2. When I arrived at the hotel, I paid another $40 per day for resort fees which ended up being more than booking directly. 3. The hotel was a mess and had absolutely no "resort" services. 4. There for work but wifi and basic phone service did not work. 5. Housekeeping did not come even when requested. 6. Asked for extra comforter and it was disgusting. 7. No restaurants or room service - only Starbucks (latte was $10) and bar. 8. Construction all around the hotel which I was only notified about AFTER I booked. 9. Worst hotel experience ever. 10. Will never use Expedia again bc they did not respond to my email about the falsely advertised upgrade, and the hotel can do nothing if you use a 3rd party. 11. The only reason I gave more than one star on some items was because the valet staff was very nice. Best part of the stay.

Check-in staff was rude and tried to put us in a lower level room because we arrived early in the morning when I had called ahead to ensure they would hold our upper floor room overnight - of which I was willing to pay for. Housekeeping never restocked coffee. We were told by elevator security we could have food delivery made to that spot or valet. When we did, staff at both places freaked out. Elevator staff came unglued on my husband and food delivery person. There's nowhere to sit outside when pool is closed which is ridiculous.

All the staff were very friendly, the room was spotless. We had a great view from the room as well! Only used the little kitchenette once but it had pretty much everything you would beed to make a few things up. Was nice to have a seperate seating area to relax in after the day. Bed sheets and pillows nice and soft, and the shower was good!!

This is a great property. The rooms are huge. We had a two bedroom suite and a junior suite for our multi-generation family trip. We loved having the big living space to visit in the mornings and evenings. The fitness center is also fantastic. Beds are comfortable although linens are not as soft as at other Hilton resorts. We only had two complaints… there is one Starbucks in the hotel. No other restaurant or coffee bar. It took an average of 30 minutes each morning just to get coffee. Crazy for a resort this size. And the day after Halloween only two women showed up to Starbucks for their shifts so you can imagine it was nuts. Second, on the walkway from the self park lot to the hotel are signs that say “no smoking” but there were more than a handful of people standing there smoking. So gross. They need to provide an official smoking area somewhere else. It was so bad we would walk the long way around to avoid it. All in all a great experience.

This is a very nice place to stay. I like the fact that you can come out of the hotel lobby and walk into the miracle mile mall and access the strip very easily. The only thing that I can say was not Great was the fact that Club Elara Is a Hilton hotel but also a timeshare. Not a big deal but no room service or other perks of that nature. I was very happy with the selection we made. I would stay again.

I like that this property has a fridge and microwave as well as plates, cups, forks, spoons, and knives that you can use for your convenience. It was our home away from home. The location was basically next to Miracle Mile shops and at the center of the LV strip.
