We were charged some fraudulent charges after the rooms had been paid for. When I called the hotel, all I was told was to call the bank. She always no help. I will never stay there again for that reason

I booked in advance and paid for two nights with no refund. My flight was late and I called to say I was still coming, just hold the already paid for room. Hotel said it was fine, just check in when arrived. I did only to find out they cancelled my stay. I had no room even though I prepaid and was assured a late arrival was ok it is the worst experience ever. I eventually got my second night back, but could not check until later in the day .. having already paid for the night before!

The staff greeting was lackluster at best. The room and common areas were clean, but the pool was not. Breakfast was good, overall. It would have been nice to have a microwave somewhere on the property for guest use as some of the pastry items were very cold. We were also surprised to pay for parking at a location that was a sufficient distance from the strip.
