Rooms are old, dated and tiny. Smaller than a nyc hotel and couldnt even close the bathroom door when i stood inside it. Hotel also over charged my credit card by 52$

We unfortunately couldn’t take advantage of the free food as we got there too late and missed the free breakfast as we had to leave early the next am. Prices are steep in the store in lobby for food sandwiches. Otherwise it’s beautiful. Bed is wonderful

We stayed for 4 nights. Our room was not made properly a single time during our stay. It was not made at all the third day despite us leaving in the morning to come back at 10:30 pm. What does that mean? They would not put new towels after removing the old ones... every day we had to ask for clean towels. They did not remove the trash. So at the end of our stay some of it was there since day 1. They never bothered replacing the coffee supplies so we ran out of coffee pouches the second day since there was two of them. The amenities and hotel itself are great though. Location is convenient but it is located alongside a highway and it is extremely busy / noisy. Lots of noise coming through the windows. We cranked the a/c fan to cover the noise... but again i did not expect such old units in a renovated sheraton. Straight out of the 90s. More midern hotels have central air and are thus quiet. Pool and saunas were great. Because of the room/service problens, I cannot recommend this stay and would go as far as to say that it tarnishes the Sheraton brand.

Property is rundown, our room was in an urgent need of repair. Broken furniture, barely any pressure in the shower, broken A/C, ripped chair, also the metal corners of the bed kept falling down and my wife hurt her foot Front desk attendant was very snooty, didn’t greet us with info about the pool or amenitiesD almost threw the keys at me…. Very unprofessional Very disappointing for the price paid!! I also had an unknown 40$ room charge that they can’t explain but won’t credit… I suspect that unless you’re an Emirate, they won’t show you respect
