I always trust this hotel for cleanliness and was impressed again. Did find a beer bottle under the bed though so maybe look there next time. Breakfast was great again, quite happy. Noticed the second shift of Breakfast workers were very upset to help people for some reason. Please reno the place, would make a world of difference. (Carpets) My husband was tripping on them.

Book elsewhere if you can.
Bathroom had hair in it, end tables by bed were dirty, wifi in room didn't work and front desk told me to call a call center instead of trying to help themselves, was super uncomfortable, breakfast was lacking any flavour and they did not make enough for everyone to eat.

A "tired old queen"...but still performing.
I dont care how clean you get it,but when the furniture and the carpets are all bubbled and worn out, its time to replace them or charge accordingly. (tripped on the carpet coming out of the elevator on third floor.) Staff was very professional, other establishments seem to have a different attitude toward "third party" bookings. which I feel is ridiculous,considering I have chosen your hotel ,not Expedia. Hilton points should still be awarded at some level.

Two things. We do like having a bar of soap. Don’t like the shower gel. 2nd. Hotel offers breakfast, but because we flow out early we normally get a to-go bag of breakfast. They were out and didn’t seem to care at all. That is another reason we stay at this hotel a couple times a year.

Always enjoy our stays at the Hampton in Leduc. Staff is great nice pool and Hot tub for relaxing and close to the outlet mall and dining!

Don't stay overnight with your car.
My SUV, which was parked in the hotel parking lot, had three broken windows and items missing from the car. The parking lot is small compared to the size of the hotel, and there are no security cameras or warning signs. The hotel management does not seem to care about protecting the customers' vehicles. However, the staff's attitude and breakfast were good. I would never recommend staying with a vehicle.
