"So glad we chose to stay at Citadanes! Everything was great! We had a few hiccups but nothing that would deter me from coming back! Front desk was very kind and very helpful! Unsure why others say they weren’t. We rarely had issues so didn’t need much interaction with them except for a key card replacement. We didn’t have the luxury of checking in early which was unfortunate because we had a very long flight and arrived at the hotel roughly around 11. So had quite a few hours to wait until 3 for check in. They do have a locked luggage storage/closet that we were able to use, at no charge. A lot to see very close to the hotel so we were able to keep busy while we waited. Once check in hour arrived, check in was very quick and easy! They seem to have people that speak many languages. To our benefit they spoke English and Spanish. Rooms were good. They are pretty outdated. The carpet was old. The seams on the floor seemed to be peeling and the bathtub corners could use some repair. Nothing gross though. Other than being outdated it wasn’t dirty. Beds were very comfortable! Only complaint is the bed in the room was 2-1. It was 2 twins pushed together so at night they’d separate and we’d have a big crack down the middle. That was odd. But otherwise they were very comfortable. Bedding and towels were clean. You really do pay for the location! So many tourists attractions are less than 10 min walking! I would highly recommend and definitely be back here for our next trip!"

"I was scared b/c it’s a 3 star, but it’s perfect. Perfect location. Very nice staff. Cute view of Eiffel from Room. Even better rooftop view. Amazing location. Easy walk to Park du champs mars in front of Eiffel. Beautiful shopping around the corner. The pizza place next door is the best pizza in the WORLD. Omg. The Kozy restaurant keeps a constant line outside. And the La Terrasse on the corner was amazing as well. Cute room again, very helpful staff! Me & my daughter truly appreciated it!!!!"

"Extremely happy with our stay-the room was very clean and in good shape. We had many amenities to make our stay comfortable. Did I mention the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower? Walking distance to the tower as well as transportation, restaurants and shopping. Would recommend "

"This is a great hotel. Our room had an Eiffel Tower view which is really nice, the bed is comfortable and properly is clean. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is exceptionally good. "
