Absolutely fine for a visit to Paris Room was a little on the small side but was value for money. Staff friendly. Location was good. We were able to walk to all attractions from the hotel. There was a train station 2 minutes away if needed.

With lower cost hotels, I don't expect the same experience, however, there were a few things that should have been different, regardless of the price. There were no mattresses, just foam mattress toppers on a spring board. The door to the room was very insulating but the window outside, even when closed you'd think it open based on just how much street noise we heard perfectly, as if we were in the street. The hair dryer handle got so hot you couldn't use it, if you can't offer a safe product, don't offer it at all. Finally, the first day, we needed our towels changed due to hygienic reasons so we left them on the floor as instructed. They didn't turn down the room or exchange the towels, however, they did for all the following days despite us hanging up our towels for reuse. The room was really warm and we were never able to get it cooler. The bathroom also didn't have a fan so as a solution there was a 4 inch gap at the bottom of the door which meant that sounds and smells are shared with whoever else is staying in the room. Before investing in extravagant lobbies, make sure the rooms have safe and comfortable features.

I have bad experience in this hotel.Very small rooms and beds.Cleaning is very bad.In room they have two big towels and one floor towel no hand towels no washcloth.Stuff in the hotel very friendly.Good thing is walking distance to Eifel Tower is about 20 min.

Generally a good place to stay. Hotel facilities are good, the bar is good in the lobby and have area to buy snacks drinks etc. Staff are ok but not brilliant. The hotel rooms are so small but they are good for what they need to be. The area is perfect tho! Loads of places to eat and there is a metro station right outside but the area of hotel is generally quiet.

We stayed at this hotel just for one night back in Paris because we had to fly back to the states after visiting Italy. It was a great price, Good amenities, and buffet very convenient for an early breakfast and departure to the airport. We definitely would return for future a stay, convenient to walk to the Eiffel Tower area, restaurants, and shops nearby.

There is not even one good thing that I can say about this hotel. Tiny rooms, tiny bathrooms, no staff or equipment to carry the luggage. Unfriendly customer service…. Can write a write a book with the unpleasant experience we’ve had at this place

Great customer service
The room was nearby some kind of air conditioning blower that was very loud and annoying. The manager came up to hear it and agreed to move me to a different room. The new room had a better view and was perfectly comfortable and quiet.

Very close to a Metro station and good restaurants. We did not like our very small room. The bathroom was the smallest we've ever had in a hotel. Not good. However, there were some staff that really helped us out. Breakfast area was typical and chaotic, but it was a big hotel. The female staff member taking room numbers at the breakfast room was very nice.

Staff was attentive and kind. The location is next to the metro which is perfect for getting around the city. The hotel room is comfortable and cleaned daily. No issues throughout our stay - would stay here again.

The room was tiny! Sized for one person. Bathroom was 1.5x of the airplane bathroom. Very uncomfortable. Few amenities. Metro very close. Restaurants very close. Breakfast was very good. Would not stay there again.
