We found many stains on the furniture and the bedding, the room was missing lights, the phone reception was horrible, the beds were uncomfortable and very squishy. There were also out ants found in the room around the sink area.

The pool and hot tub were out of commission. The toilet was not bolted down to the floor the shampoo dispenser was broke and the toilet would run periodically.

Have stayed here before with no incident this time I had issues. Was given a room that housekeeping did not finish, get a second room and it had a bad smell, went to use hot tub & key card didn't work apparently because of the time change which was over a month ago, the toilet was running water all night but the gal at breakfast always amazing! Loved it. Only real complaint was freezer did not freeze. The breakfast was nice. I love waffles. Surprised by the wonderful woman that cooked hash browns, scrambled eggs and sausage to go with the waffles. That was a nice bonus.
