We found many stains on the furniture and the bedding, the room was missing lights, the phone reception was horrible, the beds were uncomfortable and very squishy. There were also out ants found in the room around the sink area.

The pool and hot tub were out of commission. The toilet was not bolted down to the floor the shampoo dispenser was broke and the toilet would run periodically.

I love how close it is to the casino, I love the shuttle that they provide to get to the casino. The breakfasts that they have is very decent. The rooms are huge. The bathtub is nice and deep. The staff is amazing

The room was honestly the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at. The toilet seat in the room looks gross and needs replaced. There was white creamy substance on all surfaces including end tables, desk, and tv stand. These surfaces were not whipped down before my stay. Bedding had stains- I hope it was clean. I was not satisfied with the cleanliness to say the least. All else was good.

It was a very nice room and the people at the front desk were very friendly. Unfortunately there seemed to be problem after problem. We had to have our keys reset every day and sometimes multiple times per day. We were there a full week and this got very annoying. We had to go upstairs and check the keys every time and then back downstairs to get them re keyed. First comment every time was “ did you have it next to your phones “? No, the keys were not next to the phones! Finally the last day we were there they decided to change the batteries in the lock. Thanks guys. One of the things that really surprised me was that with being there for a full week, I asked for the room to be cleaned half way through the week. The answer was, no! I would have to clean the room myself! Really! Or I would have to pay an additional fee! Really? They would bring me sheets and I could change them myself and sweep the floors myself. Honestly? I was shocked! This was on top of having to get your own towels and taking out your own garbage! Interestingly breakfast offered protein only on the weekends, but breakfast was available from 6:30 to 10:00 every morning. I was told when we checked in that the pool is kept at 88 degrees! Awesome! Except that twice the heat was turned off and the pool was cold. But when the heat was on it was very nice. Just remember to check it before you jump in. Also the pool is very conveniently open until 10:00 but the door is locked at 9:00. So get in before 9.
