Jaqui at the front desk was fantastic and she gave us a great recommendation for dinner!! We even canceled a hotel reservation and rebooked with her help for the following weekend, as we were coming back into the area. Great place to stay and a hot breakfast that we didn’t expect!!!

Location is about half mile to the casino. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. The fire pit area behind the pool is nice - even has BBQ's for customers to use. Rooms are large and clean. Free breakfast in the morning is cooked - not just heated up. Staff at check in was knowledgeable and efficient. Housekeeping was friendly.

A housekeeper quit and one called out sick. We were unable to get into our room until 5 pm. We had to keep checking in to see if it was ready despite new people coming in and being able to get into their room.

The mattress was so badly used that, it sank in and the air condition was not clean it was throwing dust, when I told the front desk she said that they are short of staff and it will be taken care of soon. we asked for additional towels which did not come to the room.

It wasn't all bad
The staff i interacted with were all amazing. Especially the woman at the front desk that last day. My problem is the room smelled terrible and was dirty. I actually bought febreeze to make the stay bearable. There was sand and fur in the bathroom. We did not have a dog so it wasnt ours. One of my kids spilled water on the floor in the main room and when i cleaned it up the rag was basically black. The food was good. The pool area asked you to take a shower but there wasnt one to use anywhere. Other than that the pool was good. They kept everything well maintained and checked everything at least a couple times i noticed.
