We had a beautiful bright room with a large balcony, the hotel is very well maintained the staff was excellent, the breakfast was very good, there were complimentary drinks it was a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved it. Location and service was especially good. The only issue we had was a bit of bait and switch. The impression we had when checking in was that breakfast was included. But on checkout we were informed that breakfast was not available for a booking using points. This should have been explained on check in.

I loved this hotel. Staff was amazing, friendly, helpful, caring and couldn't due enough for you. This Art Deco hotel has beautiful appointments and well kept. Bkfst was amazing and delicious. Can't wait to go back!

Lovely,friendly,polite,helpful staff,lovely Molton brown toiletries,nice bedding,towels,comfy bed,in room tea and coffee,port,but safe needs to be updated to digital and more tv channels available,ŵe could hear neighbours talking and showering next door,above,which was annoying. some restaurants nearby to eat in and Aldi for anything you forget to pack. lovely breakfast,plenty of choice of cold items and a few hot choices,juices,tea,coffee,pastries,port,tea and coffee from 5pm welcomed,after sightseeing. Lovely area with sofas for relaxing in off lobby. A good 25 minute walk to the waterfront and main shopping area with bars/restaurants,up a slight incline,but quiet area,which we would rather have.

Comfort and ease in Lison
To be back in Lisbon, a back at the Hotel Britannia, after many years away was such a pleasure. The hotel is old fashioned in all the best sort of ways; not least that the service is friendly and attentive. It is very comfortable. Rooms are a good size for a European hotel - one doesn't feel cramped. The only note I make is that many of the bathrooms have combined shower/bathtubs, so it is good to be aware of that. The location is superb - one can walk right to the centre of the city in about twenty minutes - or hop on the metro which has a stop right round the corner from the hotel. Thank you Hotel Britannia for a great stay.

From check-in to check-out, Victor, Suellen and Larisa made us feel welcomed! They provided very helpful tips for exploring the city. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly and efficient.

Great Art deco style
Our stay at Hotel Britania was very pleasant. We had a suite #11, with a separate sitting area room and ensuite. The decor was in keeping with Art Deco from 1940‘s. The original marble is still in the ensuite. The breakfast was lovely with a large selection of breads, cheeses, fruits and sweet. Hot foods such as eggs, bacon, sausages were available . Afternoon tea and sweets are available to the guests. Front desk is very helpful. Larissa and I were communicating before we arrived my e mail to find out about restaurants, museums etc. location is good for shopping and sightseeing. I would definitely recommend staying here and enjoying the old charm of the past. Uber is very reasonable and perfect way to move around the city fast and inexpensively.
