I did not like the check in, people were not very helpful, the Expedia representative was helpful but there was not much he was able to do, room was dirty and very old, bathrooms leaking from the ceiling and we request changing of the room since there was cockroaches in the first room they gave me. The outside area was good, and the people at the buffet, bars and other areas were really nice,

Everything about this trip was beautiful except that the resort is trying to sell you something everywhere you go from timeshares, cigar, spa, rum. It was quite annoying but overall very nice.

The property need a lot of work the food was horrible not too many selection was really disappointed with this resort cause I came the first time in 2017 and won’t be coming back the marketing people was knocking on the door at 730 in the morning even thought I put the sign do not disturb came here for my honey moon left very disappointed

The property ask for you to be a US citizen and the room was so outdated, bathroom mirror with stains the air conditioner leaked water on the floor which made it slippery, my TV did not work and the bed was hard.
