"We just stayed 12 days. We are experienced travelers and this is our second stay at a Riu. This resort BY FAR hits all of the vacation points that a person searches for. My wife and I talked this morning and couldn’t think of one thing that we experienced that wasn’t top notch. Staff go out of their way to make sure your experience is special. BIG shout out to the entertainment staff especially Christopher they really keep things exciting and you can truly see they enjoy their jobs!!!!! 5 out of 5 for us for all the right reasons!!!!"

"The property was beautiful and very clean. Our room was very spacious. We had a King size bed and we slept very comfortably. We decided to order room service one night and the food was delicious. We were surprised when an employee went to our door to check if we needed more clean towels even though we had checked in a couple of hours earlier. They also delivered a complimentary dessert plate with delicious pastries and a bottle of wine. This is a resort to relax, not a party resort. There were a lot of elderly tourist at this resort. There's only 2 pools, therefore, you need to go out and reserve your chairs early in the morning. I would definitely stay at this resort again."

"We enjoyed our stay thought the property thought the property is starting to show sign of repairs needed on the sidewalks and concrete areas. Didn’t like the soliciting of the time share for other Iberostar properties. Especially after traveling for 11 hours and I want to get to my room and rest and relax and enjoy the oceon view that part of the trip really turned me off "
