As an inexpensive hotel in close geographic proximity to the airport, this Best Western's fine. The problem is that getting from the airport to the hotel's incredibly complicated and difficult, and the hotel did nothing to give me information before the trip. It turns out that there's no simple shuttle running every few minutes, there's a paid bus with a limited schedule. If I'd known beforehand, I could've planned accordingly or even just pulled pounds out of an ATM and gotten a taxi, but I never received any information or instructions before my trip. Airport staff tried to help but had limited/contradictory information. I took the subway from Heathrow to the West Side in my '22 trip in less time than it took me to get 2-3 miles from airport to this hotel after arriving a little before 21:00 on 11/1/'24. Also, breakfast doesn't start until 7:00 (at least on Sunday I departed), which seems weird for an airport hotel.
