Great location but disappointed to be given a room which was permanently dark unless lights were switched on. Also found pillows uncomfortable. Kettle had to be placed on bedside table to be boiled due to location of sockets
This hotel is brilliant, very central, clean, modern but comfortable. It was literally minutes of a walk round the corner to Holburn station, wasn't far away from Shaftesbury or Dominion theatres either. Great location.
Friendly staff, but terrible quality rooms. We hired 3 rooms between our group. 1 room had no electricity (room got changed). Other 2 rooms both had bedside tables that fell off the wall with the weight of a glass of water.
Very nice hotel for the money. Close to Holborn Underground Station and British Museum, and you can walk to Strand/Covent Garden/Leicester Square etc in 15 minutes. Very safe area.
Water pressure in the shower an issue for me. Otherwise great place and location.

We got a room with a slanted roof. Very uncomfortable and small for 2 people. We had no blackout curtains just a sheer curtain. There were pigeons lots of pigeons around our angled windows that crowed all night. We barely slept. Our thermostat didn’t work. We had to call front desk to reset everyday. Overall bad experience.

A dated hotel in a good location.
Surprisingly poor quality bed and pillows making for a poor nights sleep! The bed was squeaky and surprisingly poor quality for a hotel such as CQ
