It wasn't a pleasant stay, the hotel is well located but on our last night we were several hours without water and electricity ,
we felt very disappointed that a Hotel in this location, and for the amount we paid didn't have a backup plan for a situation like this one, leaving us to the point that we couldn't even use the bathroom.
Emergencies can happen but their plan was to provide us with a fluorescent stick to take the stairs.
I initially sent a private message to the Hotel and they even bother to respond
Or stay at Club Quarters on Lincoln Fields was beautiful and calm in the wonderful craziness of London. It is on a quiet street with a wonderful courtyard out front and across the street a beautiful city park. The rooms are lovely. The staff could not be more accommodating. I always stay here and always will.
Very central location, tube and buses access brilliant, great choice of restaurants within walking distance, rooms very quiet with good beds/bedding, nice helpful staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very confused with elevators and floor configuration.
Our room was in the basement with NO WINDOWS.
It was to be an upgrade, but it was very small, and I got very Claustrophobic
Pretty disappointing.
The hotel was in great location and the staff are friendly.
However, the photos of the rooms advertised are not the room we stayed in. The room we got had no bath and no microwave/fridge (pictured in selected room). The room we also got was very very outdated and old looking in comparison to the photos advertised and reminded me of really old cruise ship rooms.
It’s a real shame as the hotel is in a great location, but we were really misled into thinking it would be a modern newly furnished room.
Pros:
Convenient, walkable to major city attractions and restaurants.
Staff is nice and helpful.
Quiet street.
Cons: Bed is uncomfortable for 2, when one person moves, the bed squeaks and shakes.
Batroom is small. Heavy sliding door that's unwieldy to use to get in and out of the bathroom.
TV is not centered in front of bed so it's not so visible
Con
Great location on a beautiful square, within easy reach of Covent Garden and transport links.
Very helpful staff.
But be sure to ask for a quiet room - our first room was noisy from a nearby generator or aircon unit outside. The staff swapped the room for us, but it wasn't a good start to our stay.
Perfect location on a quiet square by the LSE and a law school - easy to walk everywhere (<10 mins to Covent Garden and <5 mins to catch the Tube). Rooms were a bit small but comfortable. Bathroom was good. Bonus was the water bottle stations and lobby coffee machine. Staff were friendly and professional.
Really enjoyed staying there and will investigate it again when we visit London again.
We stayed here because we had a one night stay over in London and it was on the Picadilly Line to the airport. It was centrally located and perfect for us. The room had soft beds and pillows, a table to sit at. The shower was great too. The lobby has water and coffee upon arrival. We were able to check in right away too. We would stay here again.
