Our time here was pleasant the breakfast buffet was delicious and the bar served a delicious dinner. The only area of Improvement is the bed itself. The mattress was very firm and is a coiled bed. The pillows were also very flat and were uncomfortable especially after a long day being out sightseeing. Any movement on the bed at night could be heard with the coils in the mattress. Other than that very quiet and clean. We were on the 4th level.

Expedia stated parking would be available and then when we arrived, they said it was not. Eventually, they worked it out and were able to offer valet parking, but they were extremely rude about it at first, and it took a lot of effort to get what we signed up for when we booked this hotel. The property was fine, but it was very clear that the staff were inefficient and not well trained.

We absolutely loved this hotel - beautiful reception and rooms, super helpful reception staff (Amaan checked us in and was very kind and professional), lovely pool area and great location for exploring central London.

Nice big rooms, comfy bed, large and powerful shower, very clean, modern and quiet rooms. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Nice bar. Loads around the hotel in terms of supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants. 10 min walk to borough market, 5 mins to Southwark and 15 to Waterloo. But despite a lot around the hotel it was quiet, calm and felt safe walking around. Would come back here again as so nice and very convenient.

The staff was amazing from front desk, concierge, waiting room staff, housekeeping and customer relations overall. Would highly recommend this hotel. Centrally located and was within walking distance to all our needs.

Really nice hotel, well located for the City, Southbank and West End. The hotel is very modern, very clean and the rooms are well presented. The hotel is also quiet at night so you dont get distrubed.

Room was lovely, check in was easy. No complaints regarding the property, location or efficient service. Only criticism would be applying a £1 service charge to every drink for spending 4-5 seconds to pour it. Good service but rooms need better lighting
Great staff and all mod cons provided in room. However the decor is so dark and the lights were so dim it was difficult to apply makeup or to pack the suitcases. There are no power points for hair dryers next to any of the mirrors. The mattress was uncomfortable as it sagging on both sides and needed to be replaced. Hotel is currently undergoing renovation and there is construction noise during business hours
