Not worth the price, but clean and comfy
Stayed for a concert, really poor service, front desk were abrupt and unhelpful, TV didn't work, we reported this and it wasn't fixed, sink in the toilet was blocked, they weren't really interested when we reported this either On the plus side, room was clean and bed really comfy, and the manager did sneak us up in the staff lift when there was a huge line

Tried to book an early check in for the England game as I was hosting an event I needed to be at the stadium early. After several emails ( with no reply ) and a phone call I got nowhere. So I arrived late at the stadium (thanks IBIS)

Great hotel for wembley
Excellent location for wembley stadium and arena, and outlet stores. Close to wembley station as well, 10 mins train time from Marylebone. Good bar area, friendly staff, would probably have breakfast next time we stay. Rooms are OK, train coffee, iron, hair dryer, tv, only negative is the beds wasn't great, mattresses were uncomfortable, not the worst I've slept on but certainly not the best.

We booked this property because it was close to Wembley Stadium. It was an easy walk. Close to the train and the tube stations. The staff were very pleasant, unfortunately that was about it. The beds were horrible, the mattress was only about two inches thick and very lumpy. Made sleeping very difficult. The housekeeper did not empty the trash for the whole stay, it piled up. So great that it’s close to Wembley but that’s about it.
