Lovely spacious room, very comfortable & clean. Not sure why all lights were put on & left on by housekeeping when we were out all day, not very eco friendly. All staff polite but slow service in bar area, not many customers but took over 20mins for the 2 pots of tea ordered. Would have been fine if we weren’t needing to leave!

Lovely hotel, very clean as was room which was great. We had a superior room so was a bit more spacious. Not giving full mark as was disappointed couldn't use the roof bar as we apparently should have booked! We tried to do so the second night but was full so would suggest to book before you go if you want to go up there. Disappointed as was for a special birthday, however, telling hotel in advance they did leave a little gift in room!

The shower stalls were leaking, and the room service was insistent on cleaning although we were more of a swap less towels to help the environment kind of family. I understand it is their job to check up, and we appreciate it. However some clients are just more self sustaining. Overall good for business travel, family vacation, average.

When you arrive you are greeted with warm smiles and helpful staff. The room and environment is very clean. They cleaned the room and made the bed everyday. The one downside is the elevator was having some issues. I would definitely stay at this hotel or associated venues again.

Great hotel, fantastic location near 3 underground stations, Thames River 3 minutes walk away. St. Paul’s cathedral- 20 steps away. Good food. Good pool and big rooms. Great service overall

The service and staff is excellent. Great location, quiet and accessible to several Underground stations! Good deal and good food selection on the Breakfast package. We were expecting more of their spa, but were told that only the relaxation room is included and the none of treatments are included. That point could be made clearer to us. The pool was clean and welcoming, it was one of the biigest deciding factor in us booking the hotel, but we missed out on several time slots because of Bank holiday causing it to close earlier than expected, and we weren't told that beforehand. The bathroom and all amenities are great except our shower leaked and water pooled on the floor, making it a big nuisance!
