Great hotel to use if visiting Wembley. Check in staff, Mable, was excellent. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel was a 5 minute walk away from Wembley.

The hotel is a great location for everything at Wembley Park (stadium, arena, starlight express etc). The service at breakfast was extremely helpful and the pancake machine is so clever. However, in the room … the glass bathroom doors did not close properly, the and the pillows were strangely shaped which made them difficult to arrange for perfect sleeping and neck position. The outside venue is bustling and loud until the early hours so having the window open was difficult. But the real kicker was the smoke alarm located above the bed … that flashed bright lights every 7 seconds!! Lighting up the room throughout the night and making sleep extremely difficult. Not to mention, when anyone in the neighbouring rooms flushed their toilets or used their showers, our bathroom plumbing would gurgle and glug and bang as the water went through the system. Oh and the moment the shower decided the empty itself at 2am and drip for 10mins! When asked by the receptionist whether I had enjoyed my stay I tried to say that it had been less than due to these issues and instead of acknowledging or placating me in any meaningful way he proceeded to mansplain smoke detectors to me. I travel weekly, I know what a smoke detector is thanks! Having said all that, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful. If travelling here earplugs and eye mask is a must.

No soundproofing, so woken up by argument in room next door. TV poor, picture break up, old. Location great if going to event at Wembley stadium, otherwise a long trip to central London. Left 3 days early for hotel in London - costly decision but worth sanity!

Picked this hotel due to location to Wembley and the underground. Perfect for attending a concert or match. We were there for Taylor Swift, and the staff celebrated the concerts with us, decorating the hotel for Swifties, wearing matching shirts, having food and drink service available after the concert. I had not stayed at a Novotel before, and the use of a QR code to address concerns, questions, or needs was odd. I am used to calling the front desk. There was no phone in the room to do that. The rooms were well-appointed if a little tight. My teen daughter slept on the sofa, and she found it very comfortable. Breakfast service was good though I'm not a fan of British beans and toast. Chocolate croissants were more to my taste. Glad we found this hotel and stayed here. Our walk from Wembly was very quick and easy compared to the 92K fans trying to get to the tube.

Hotel was excellent for a Taylor Swift concert, they decorated and even had gifts of friendship bracelets in our room. Staff were friendly. So convenient to the stadium, 5 minute walk!

Went to Taylor Swift concert with children and adults. We received a warm welcome from the hotel, and a friendship bracelet for the concert. They had a backdrop and cut out for you to take pics with Taylor Swift. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Great options for vegetarian and children. Great location. Overall, it was a great ambiance and it lifted our energies further. Will definitely be booking in the future.
