The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes’ walk to popular London sites such as the Eye, Big Ben, etc. The hotel staff is also very friendly and welcoming. However, the room was terrible: one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The upsides were that it was spacious and had a great view of Waterloo Station. The downsides, on the other hand, were plentiful. The carpets were stained. The bed duvet was torn. One of the lamps appeared broken. The closet doors were chipped, and when I opened one of the drawers, it (literally) came out in my hands. There was mold in the shower. And worst of all, the room appeared to suffer from significant dust. As soon as I arrived, I began to sneeze and had a hard time breathing clearly for the duration of my stay. I initially assumed it was a cold or season allergies, and even went to the pharmacy for medication. Curiously, though, my symptoms would fade and soon as I left the hotel…and would return as soon as I returned. If you’re a budget traveler in town for a night or two, the hotel is affordable and could be a good option. But if you’re a business traveler — or more generally, if you expect 4-star quality from a 4-star hotel — I would advise you to stay away. The hotel needs a MAJOR makeover before it can claim to be an upscale property. Again, the staff was great. But in my opinion, the hotel itself was poor to the point of being terrible.

We had an early morning flight into London. When we arrived at the hotel to drop off our luggage, they actually had our room ready. We were able to check in at 7:30 AM. The room was spotless and and the bed very comfortable. I will definitely stay here in the future.

The property was quiet, safe and staff was very friendly. Overall a very comfortable stay. My only criticisms are: The scent in the entrance smells like a very strong and overwhelming cologne. It was terrible! And elevators were very slow.

The room was a good size, and we had a nice view of the London Eye and Parliament, however, the room itself showed wear and tear, none of the cupboards closed properly, and some of the walls were dirty. We asked for housekeeping throughout our 5 night stay, and did not receive any after our first day. We mentioned this to the front desk only to come back to our room later to find a stack of towels and a handful of coffee packets just left right inside our door, nothing done inside the room. They have the refill bottles for shampoo/conditioner/body wash, but our body wash in the shower ran out 2 days in and was never refilled. As I VIP member with Expedia I did not receive any of my benefits. When I inquired myself about a room upgrade the person helping us just said I would lose the view I had paid for, but it seemed more like she just couldn’t be bothered. The location was great, both for walking to sites, and access to the Tube and train system though.

I had a pleasant stay overall, though the bathroom had some mold that could use attention. The hotel’s location is excellent - just a short walk from the subway station and major attractions like the London Eye and Big Ben. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially to my son, creating a memorable experience for him. They were also kind enough to extend our checkout time by an hour, which we really appreciated. However, the food could use some variety, as it was the same throughout my 6-day stay. Despite these minor issues, the warm hospitality and prime location made our stay enjoyable.

We loved everything about this hotel, from the friendly and professional staff, the cleanliness of all areas and the convenient location. The hotel is great for families with kids receiving an activity pack when we checked in and the breakfast having so many options suited to all ages and tastes. Despite being in such a central location the room was absolutely silent at night with no traffic noise at all. Best of all, our little daughter with a nut allergy was treated with understanding and kindness by the supervisor at breakfast and was able to chose whatever she wanted to eat from the buffet prepared separately just for her. This made for a really relaxed and happy experience for us all. Thank you!

Amazing services with 10/10. The most exciting one was our complimentary VIP guest of the day with free bottle of red wine. All the staff were friendly and accomodating.We have a fantastic view of London Eye. Definitely coming back.
