Shuttle took us to wrong Hilton garden hotel there are two neither the front desk notified us when we arrived at airport and requested shuttle as stated in email. Shuttle driver was great but he didn’t either so we got off shuttle at wrong garden Hilton. Werenet WARE UNTIL WE TRIED TO CHECK IN. SOMONE UBER LATER AND hour later we arrived Kat our Hilton garden hotel.annoying

Nice hotel since the renovation

Overall this hotel has been wonderfully renovated. I hope that they will eventually renovate front desk staff. They were not very friendly or welcoming (specifically the men who I encountered at the desk). In my opinion, the parking is overpriced ($25 per night) for an unsecured parking lot.

Be careful which Hilton garden shuttle you take from LAX. There is a new new Hilton garden century blvd ( not el segundo) so that cost an extra $25 for a 5 minute drive back to el segundo

We were unable to get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We followed the directions for pick up and called the line 5 times but the instructions to get the shuttle just started playing over again. So finally we took a Lyft to get to the hotel. The morning shuttle to the airport had so many stops we barely made it. Our flight was 9:15 we took the 7:00 shuttle. The front desk person said that was plenty of time, it was barely enough time. The plane was boarding when we got to the gate. Just an FYI

The young gentleman who checked us in was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The bathroom needed some updating (cracked floor tiles etc), but was clean. We actually thought the window was open because of the level of noise coming from the neighborhood.

The room was clean. Check in person was extremely rude, didn't acknowledge I was even there for about 5 minutes. very thin walls, heard neighbors into the night. Breakfast was marginal. the cable box was just hanging from the TV - very odd.
