Our room wasn't ready when they stated it would be and front desk mishandled our luggage. Also, hostess at Nelsons restaurant was extremely rude. However, on the positive side the food was excellent.

The parking fee for a casita guest like myself is silly. Just include it in the price of the room rather than add it on when I am parking the car myself. That is my only complaint. Property was great and staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

I stay here all the time. I love the resort. However, room was not available until almost 5pm, I had requested a room close to elevator as I am 9 months pregnant and instead was given the room furthest from the elevator, room was handicap accessible, very partial ocean view, and TV was not working properly. Also, the main deck is closed for construction and not listed when booking.

I got to the property and was upgraded to a room 3 times the size I had booked. The room was grand with expansive ocean views however, the flooring under the dining table was scratched beyond repair. The sliding doors to get out to the patio were difficult to open and close and many of the aspects of the property showed some ageing.

I enjoy my stay here so much I said my vows here! Happily married, great staff they upgraded me to ocean view when they found out I was getting married. The Terrenea staff and resort even the bashi bar tenders all made this a very special time. I’m looking to go back for my birthday or find any reason really.

This is our second stay at Terranea. It's always fantastic. Great service, amazing grounds, and incredibly relaxing. It's pricey, but worth it.
