"I liked the Small hotel environment. Friendly staff I didn't like gap of communication from expedia and hotel. They did not have communication from Expedia. I had to ask Expedia to send the information again and even advise the agreed price of the room to the staff there!!"

"Convenient and very clean "

"This was a convenient hotel to stay at for a first-time visitor to India. The reception staff were helpful and kindly upgraded me to an executive suite after the first night. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. The restaurant had a variety of food for breakfast and dinner. All of the day trips I organised picked-up from the hotel; and the hotel was in close proximity to metro stations and walking distance to nearby streets for shopping and soaking up the atmosphere of Delhi."

"The whole experience is not wirth the tariff charged (5000). From day 1, chek in was done at 2AM, AC was not working, had a terrible night, was told it will be repaired, coming back in the evening, nothing was done, had to migrate to another room. There was no shower gel, gel & Shampoo Containers were broken. Inspite of informing no days the room was made. Calling for water early morning, nothing was delivered. Staff at reception is totally lost. Saving grace for this hotel is its Chef, excellent veg food. At a bit more price look at Crowne Plaza, better option. "

"My husband and I stayed here for one week in April 2023. ALL staff from moment we arrived to checking out were welcoming, courteous, and friendly. Everyone was so lovely and kind and helpful. Excellent air-conditioning in our room, very effective, as was the bathroom and TV. Safe in the wardrobe, kettle, good size bottles of water provided daily. Bed was really wide and we slept well. As we were on the side of the hotel there was quite, which was greatly needed after the city noise. Breakfast was EXCELLENT!! All vegetarian and vegan. Hot and cold. Regional and continental. Changed daily except for the sambar, which was delicious. Hot drinks to order were spot on. We ate at the hotel two evenings. Food again was excellent. Metro station was a few minutes walk away which made getting everywhere in the city achievable. The area itself,both sides of the main road were good. 'Modern Bazaar' shop a few minutes the other way for water and everything really. Can not recommend this hotel enough. The staff should be proud of themselves for making us feel safe and welcome. Often commented how happy we were to turn the corner and see our little oasis welcoming us back. "
