Stay was excellent staff Brilliant because of the wintery conditions bar & Dining rooms where a little cold. Team where keeping access up the steep drive free from ice for car access give -4’C which was well done Food Excellent service good evening menu limited.

We arrived to find out that you had to pay to be in the pool that’s heavily advertised on the hotel page. £25 for 4 hours? Each? And it isn’t available for children either. It was very much the reason for staying and so we were severely disappointed.

Had a lovely overnight stay at Shrigley Hall Hotel. Big spacious room and full bathroom. Food was fabulous and the staff were excellent. A relaxing break in the middle of Christmas and New Year - just what we needed.

Awful nights sleep, very loud parties and then a lot of drunk people shouting outside the room until the early hours. Staff lovely, just bad time of year to stay if you’re looking for relaxation avoid Christmas!

Extra Charges for Pool etc.
Left here rather disappointed as hidden in the small print is the fact that you have to pay extra to use the pool that features so prominently when booking. The costs of which for a couple isn't far off the cost of the whole stay. Disingenuous advertising, won't be staying again...
