The hotel advertised an airport shuttle that they have not been running for more than a year. The first floor smells like bleach from the pool. The front desk and breakfast staff was not very welcoming or friendly. The rooms were clean. The housekeeping staff was kind. On future trips to Madison we would choose something different. There are no restaurants or stores in walking distance.

Stay was wonderful except for the room temperature. It was set at 79 could not for the life of me and my significant other out the temperature down. We had to open our window for the night but was so hot in the room. We fidgeted around with trying to fix it but nothing worked.
