Solid hotel
Hotel showing age. Colour scheme is dark and makes common areas look dingy. Front lobby had bit of odd smell. Breakfast area was great. Good food. TV channel selection solid. We ended up staying a second night because we were snowed in!

Solid stay. Friendly staff
Booked for a one night stay. Front lobby had musty smell. Colours made place look dark and dingy. Rooms clean and spacious. Beds not the greatest but it’s not a high end resort either. Great breakfast. Super friendly front staff. Got snowed in so ended up booking a second night!

Should have stayed on the other side of the bridge
Had to wait for an hour for check in as no one was at the desk, bed was broken on window side so a kindisze was really a queen, sheets were stained, tv had no guide options Once staffed the staff was lovely, but I’m pretty sure they need more staff on the holiday as there was a line up of people waiting to check in.. we had to leave and go get dinner and come back 8pm is a late check in as it is so to be later than that was almost not worth the stay at all

When ever we stay over night in Watertown we always stay at this Ramada Inn. No complaints ever.

The breakfast was mediocre and they had the worst coffee that i have ever had. Everything else was just ok. Nothing fancy but an ok hotel. I did however like the laminate floor in the room rather than carpets..

Difficulty exiting the property if you wanted to turn left. Breakfast was sufficient but the same each day. Eggs, sausage, bread or bagel and a couple of cereal options. Apples were the only fruit. No yogurt. Coffee,tea and juices were available. The breakfast area was clean with plenty of space. The hotel room was clean. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were terrible. Could have used a little table by the chair for a drink. No grab bars in the shower to safely step into and out of the tub/shower. Overall served the purpose for a two night stay at a reasonable cost.

It doesn’t matter that it is no longer a hotel you can smoke in, if you haven’t changed a curtain, bed linens, nor stuffy old furniture! The whole place smelled like 50 year old stale smoke!!! The old stuffed fabric chair next to the bed was tattered and smelled like cigarettes!! I could not breathe all night long!! The whole place stinks!!!

Courtney and Maria were so kind and helpful when my daughter left her Christmas purchases behind in the hotel - we didn't discover until we returned to Ontario. Our daughter suffers from Anxiety and this was her first USA Christmas shopping trip and she was so proud of her purchases and then devastated to realize she left them behind. These ladies went out of their way to find the missing packages and get them shipped back to us - we were so grateful for their kindness. Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant - good breakfast, clean and quiet rooms - but these ladies took the stress out of this situation for us. thank you

Affordable stay
Location was perfect. Lobby was clean and the front desk personnel was friendly. The our king room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was better than what we expected, scrambled eggs and sausage patties were good and the toaster did burn the bagels.

Nice but could use some overall updating. Lobby not overall inviting to sit in during the evening. Offer if tea & coffee in evening would be most welcome. Serves its purpose for a quick shopping excursion to the US

We stay at the Ramada once a year. Convenient location to stay at after a weekend of shopping in Syracuse and Watertown. Many dining options near by. Easy access to highway 81. Rooms are clean, towels are thick, Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash is in the shower for you. Adding yogourt to the breakfast would be a fantastic addition. See you next year! .

Great staff, needs updated
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room, leaves a lot to be desired. Peeling wallpaper, stains in sink, nearly No hot water in sink but skin scalding in shower .. some stains on edges of the white comforter- looked like maybe something got spilled on corner.. Ms. Vicki became my favorite person while i visited! She was so sweet and helpful. Made sure to Invited me Down to the breakfast (that i knew they offered) but i wasn’t gonna go. I went It was lovely! Ice maker on 1 of 4 floors. . Pics of the peeling wallpaper right over bed..
