We have stayed at the Concourse several times in the past, most recently in August and now this weekend. The location is excellent and on-site parking is very helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. This time, we found the cleanliness of our room and the hotel’s common areas to be less than the usual excellent and the pillows were lumpy/uncomfortable. Hoping it was a fluke as this is usually a very nice place to stay.

The beds were very comfy. The room was updated and felt clean. The bathroom also felt updated and clean. The towels were kind of thin, but the toiletries were nice (Bath & Body Works). The hotel hallways were very nice and modern. The overnight parking was full, so we had to go to nearby public parking, but it worked out fine.
