Nice hotel
It is a nice hotel, centrally located; unfortunately, the street/area around the hotel is under construction. Uber will not be able to reach the hotel because of that. The front desk service was excellent.

This hotel greatly surpassed our expectations in location, staff service and professionalism, food, cleanliness, etc. From details such as going for breakfast (I strongly recommend you try their breakfast buffet) and being back to our already made beds and clean rooms to being able of borrowing umbrellas for a rainy day, this is the hotel to stay in Madrid. This hotel is also on walkable distance to "La Gran Via", "Plaza Callao", "Royal Palace", "Plaza Mayor", "Mercado San Miguel", etc. I highly recommend it!
