Location, location, location
The hotel was in a great location on Plaza Mayor. Cabs got tripped up a bit, preferred to drop you off up the street and some didn’t show up given the location. The staff was welcoming and helped getting a cab on the way to the airport since two we ordered either cancelled on us or we’re going to be too late. Room was nice and comfortable.

The location was perfect and we loved being in the old centre of the city within walking distance of the various sites of interest. The Plaza Mayor is a beautiful, vibrant and lively space, however our room overlooking the square was really quiet at night thanks to the double glazed windows.

It’s in the center of everything. It’s walking distance to everything. It’s inside the plaza which is really great but it’s also noisy at night because it’s a big tourist spot. The staff is not as friendly as they should be. Breakfast is so so. Not sure if I’d stay there again.

Overall good stay, but not for the €350 price tag.
Service was good, location is excellent, and the indoor spa pool was very cool. The experience was lowered with the very small room (no space to open a suitcase), the shower leaking into the room, and that the hotel made no prior mention of the closed rooftop facilities. For the price which was higher than many peer and similarly located hotels, I didn’t think the value was there.

This is a lovely hotel in a prime area. Everything we wanted to visit was in walking distance. We booked a room overlooking Plaza Mayor. It was amazing to have such a spectacular view. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and attentive. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
