It has the BARE MINIMUM of everything.
The absolute best I can say about this Hotel is that it has the BARE MINIMUM! Of literally everything. Think of any feature you would like and then think of the BARE MINIMUM and that’s what this hotel has.

We were never told there was a charge for hotel shuttle. We made arrangements the night before for a car the following morning. The next morning we had to pay up front the car never showed. We had to make other arrangements which made us cut it short for our appointment.

The staff was really excellent. Even though our travel was due to a family emergency we were there a couple of weeks. Everyone in the staff made us feel welcomed and they were super accomodating.

The only complaint I have is that the pool was being worked on and it wasn't disclosed on the site. We specifically Reserve 2 nights so the children could swim. We have stayed there in the past that is why we made reservations again but nobody disclosed anything about the pool, And that was the main reason why we chose the place... We ended up leaving without staying at and want to a different hotel, Now we have to try to get our money back from Expedia and their customer service is very hard to get in contact with.
