Convenient for flying out of Manchester Airport and traveling by train. Staff members were all friendly and accommodating. I like that there’s a restaurant.

Stayed for one night , room over generator very noisy and tired looking room needs a refurbishment. We stayed in a deluxe room that turned out to be an accessible room ,girl in reception seemed uninterested and unwelcoming on arrival. Prices for food and drink in restaurant very expensive compared to the airport. Shuttle service drivers very pleasant and only reason I gave 3 stars..I would not stay again or recommend . Very disappointed with the stay expected better .

Lovely staff
I dropped off my family at the hotel who were staying overnight. The guy on reception, Steven, couldn't have been nicer. He gave me extra free parking time so I could take luggage to their room. Bar looks great, very helpful staff in there.

Tired Airport Hotel
Overnight airport stay. Very average hotel. Rooms are tired with a bathroom that needs modernising, old and small TV, dinner menu from the 80's etc. Attention to detail is lacking - no soap left in the shower dispenser. Girl on reception was very friendly and accommodating but otherwise the hotel just seems to be content at being average knowing it benefits from guaranteed business being in close proximity to the airport.

Overnight parking charge excessive!
The hotel stay was fine and close to the terminals but I think charging guests £30 to park their car overnight when the room already cost over £120 is a bit excessive. Our fault for not reading the small print before booking.

Great hotel for airport stay
Perfect airport hotel. Very friendly and amenable staff. Food is decent too. If only it wasn’t attached to a truly dreadful airport! Bus to terminal can be a lifesaver

Hotel was perfectly located with shuttle services. Room was as expected and the beds were comfortable. One bottle of water in the room is insufficient for family of 4 in the summer. I have given it 5 stars though i think spending £200 for one night stay for family of 4 with parking and breakfast is on the high side. Airport terminal shuttle was free.
