"I stayed at this lovely property to escape and evacuate from a hurricane in Tampa. I feel like I got so lucky to find this house! I had myself, my 87-year-old ill parent, three dogs, my brother, sister-in-law and two nephews in the home. This was way more people and more dogs than the host usually allows but he was extremely gracious and forgiving. In fact, he went out of his way to be flexible and make it convenient and affordable for us in light of the circumstances. The home is beautiful, very spacious (even with all those people and dogs that easily accommodated us), extremely clean, comfortable, and it has all of the amenities anyone could want in a vacation home. It truly was a beautiful house and the host was incredibly generous. I cannot say enough good things about the property and the host. Do not hesitate to book this location for your next visit to the Jacksonville suburbs. You will not be disappointed! Thank you much R! "Really nice house. extremely clean and well maintained and the owners were easy to communicate with and proactive with everything. Quiet, nice neighborhood and street. The backyard is a slice of heaven. Pool, a pond with ducks and a nice firepit area to sit around. Location was perfect for us. easy access to freeways and lots of good food and shopping options nearby. One of the better experiences I have had booking a full house. Highest praise and recommendation"

"Two families from GA in Jax for a funeral. A place to sleep and dress/change, only one dinner and two breakfasts use of the kitchen/dining. Paradise was clean, well equipped, and beds were comfy. A/C struggled a bit with outside temp at 95 but bedrooms were cool. Overall a good choice for families to mingle vs. motel options."

"Thanks for allowing us to stay in your nice home! I chose this property as it was close to my son's house. If you know Jacksonville at all... you'll know Mandarin as an older neighborhood, but safe. It exceeded my expectations... it's in an area with lots of family homes that are well manicured. The need for a double bed+ in the second bedroom would be my only critique. The home was decorated very cute with real furniture (NOT the IKEA crap you find in many rental homes). Great kitchen with everything you need to cook, a fire pit out back, super comfy sofa, and nice bathrooms. Very pleased!"
