I have stayed here a few times but this time was just terrible absolutely diabolical in terms of staff / getting me checked in / the room that was allocated had pure problems from the off the staff attitude was not good I had to get a manger involved ! Then they lied to me as I requested a slightly later check out and I was told they are fully booked then I went online to see they had rooms available on 2 different websites and also on there own website which was just amazing ? As much as I would like to stay here again for convenience people should know that this is just not on being lied to and treated in this way is not fare ! Really bad time here I am just not happy at all

The hotel was ok. The shower floor at the bathroom had a drainage problem. Also, the bathroom door gets stuck and had to shake it hardly multiple times to get it open. Other than that, the hotel was ok.

The front staff and banker were extremely rude. A room for 2 should have 2 bathrobes and 2 pair of slippers. Lighting is very poor. The hotel has no warmth or charm. The breakfast and breakfast staff were great. The pool was lovely.but not enough pool staff to service all the people. For the price, we would not recommend this hotel.

The property was clean but it’s time for some renovation and upgrades. Breakfast was good with enough variation. The staff was great. Overall we don’t think it’s was worth the money that we had to spend, mainly because of the conditions of the hotel.
