"You’ll be charged $25 USD per night for resort fees but can only use the spa facilities ONCE per stay free of charge. I stayed five days got charged $125 dollars and was given a coupon for two for ONE hour to use spa with reservation. If you consume $25 or more on their restaurants per day they’ll give you a $25 credit but on a day when you don’t eat at their restaurants you don’t get the credit. If one of the reasons you book this resort is to use the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, or cold plunge everyday on your stay you need to know this. "

"Everything was great here especially the staff. I came to surprise my wife for her birthday. The ONLY thing that sucked was EXPEDIA… not the property owners. Messed up and showed the breakfast place open (package had breakfast included) and it was closed. The area is prime here and a short walk to the beach and oxxo etc. would stay here again."
