"Great hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful specially Ramon. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot. Only would recommend more maintenance on the pool. Few days main pool was a little dirty. Breakfast was super! "

"The resort is a bit dated but makes up for it by its amazing staff who provide excellent service in every area of the resort. The crew at the front are ready to welcome you and if you need a taxi they are on it so fast its great! The housekeeping staff are meticulous and keep every area, especially the rooms, so clean. The staff at the restaurants are fantastic and the chefs are outstanding. We did 2 nights at Cucina, Panema and Zen; Cucina and Panema were just amazing each time. We had issues at Zen 1/2 nights but would suggest going for the first seating as it seemed with the later seating the service and food suffered a bit due to business. We only had one night at Frida but only because we had to choose haha; it was still so good and highly recommend the guac ! Out of 8 days we only had one bad meal! Dont miss the poolside burgers, as we did for most of the week only to discover how bomb they were on the last day lol!! The pool servers were amazing and so friendly, ensuring you are always well hydrated. We just loved our usual server he was amazing!! The only thing I would say is the pool is heated which is really great, especially for littles, but it was a little too hot. It would be nice to turn down the temperature just a tad or have one pool thats cooler. My last all-inclusive was a Royalton in DR and it was a lot more expensive and absolutely terrible so thank you Hard Rock Vallarta for showing what an awesome all inclusive trip really is!! "This was our first stay at the Westin AND WE WILL BE BACK! The resort is directly across the street from the Marina which offers many, many dining options. The pools are beautiful (although I hate getting up early to claim pool chairs with a towel but such is life in Mexico). The beach is small but walkable and beautiful. The room was clean with a nice partial ocean view. Restaurants on property are so-so but again there are better choices across the street at the Marina. Can't wait to go back!"
