my experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon arrival, my check-in was delayed by two hours because the room was still being cleaned. Despite the inconvenience, there were no complimentary drinks or food offered while we waited. However when requested check out time was extended by 90 minutes.
The next day's cleaning service was disappointing, as the old towels were simply rolled back and not replaced with fresh ones.
I asked for replacement towels by calling housekeeping but no one turned up so end up picking up the towels from pool area by myself.
Additionally, the room had an old TV with no smart features, no free movies, and no access to streaming services like Netflix or Prime. To top it all off, $16 charge to watch a single movie.
Moreover there is no view from the rooms at the back so ended up keeping the block outs curtains closed.
So it was an average experience.
