We had two cockroaches in our room with food particles on the counter. I went and showed a picture to Evita she didn’t seem to care but moved us from a double bed room to a king size bed room. We made it work. Our new room had half used milk in the fridge and trash behind the microwave. I paid more for this place than the SpringHill suites we came from in a nice part of town in Atlanta. Very disappointed.

Great stay
Wonderful room in a nice location. We were pleased with how spacious the room was, and it was very clean. Breakfast is busy, but we found a table without an issue. Would definitely stay again.

The room for our party was nice, but it took forever to get linens for the sofa bed. Apparently, management believes one person on duty is enough at night. Also, the bathroom door is a barn door, and off the tracks. With no maintenance person, the bathroom remained close to being completely shut. I truly expected better.

Frint desk was VERY professional and helpful; especially Alex. Room was very comfortable. We didnt use housekeeping but towels were supplied upon request. There is some wear and tear but still quit accepable. Breakfast was a step up from basic with some hot options.

Don't just Patch the Problem but fix it correctly.
My room #301 the main door would not close very easy and bathroom was nice but toilet paper holder was broken and need to be fix the correct way. They need to hire a very experince person to do building maintenance or hire a professional contractor that has over 25 years exp.......with a better business rating A plus.

Old hotel with missing baseboards, dirty toilets and sink. Staff were extra nice and a good breakfast made up somewhat. Thank goodness it was just a one night stay with a germaphobic wife.
