"Every employee I spoken too was professional and polite. They handle complaints and took them seriously. We had an issue with people with rooms playing loud music and slamming doors in the middle of the night. The manager was on it and when I went down to the front desk she was calling police. The compliment breakfast was great and parking was nice. "

"Very clean and tidy and quiet (other than a yippy dog), but door locks need maintenance for cold weather--we got locked out and had to call in maintenance for a 30-minute delay returning to our room one night. Staff was friendly and apologetic."

Other than the front striping on the front of the microwave was coming loose, the amenities in the room was great, especially the full kitchen. A really great way to relax. No restaurants or shopping in walking distance. But there is some of that 10 minutes away in a vehicle. "
