I called several times to get a shuttle from airport to hotel, it was impossible to connect with the hotel, they said phone were not working , I ended paying taxi to the hotel.

My recent experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The shower had noticeable mold, which made me question the cleanliness of the entire establishment. Additionally, the gentleman at the front desk was not only rude but also seemed to take a smug pleasure in his behavior. When I requested the shuttle service to pick me up from the airport, I was informed that I would have to wait an excruciating 45 minutes, despite the fact that the drive only takes about 10 minutes. It felt incredibly frustrating and unnecessary. Furthermore, as I was entering the parking lot, I encountered staff directing me to rent a room at a different hotel. It struck me as ironic since these individuals were supposed to be part of the valet service at this hotel. After all of this, I am resolute in my decision to never stay at this hotel again. I've had much better experiences in hostels where the service was friendlier and far more accommodating. To top it off, the hotel was overpriced and utterly overrated. I genuinely believe they should be removed from the app, as the listings provided were misleading and inaccurate.

Great Stay during Dia de Los Muertos Week
Our stay was brief, but we were very well attended to from the moment we entered the hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making recommendations. I also enjoyed the fact that we were four, and my mother and I left early, and my sister and husband were well taken care of when we left early.

I thought at $425. per night I was going to be staying at a very upscale hotel. Appears that a bit of price gouging because of a big event. The two "Queen " size beds were more full size. I have stayed at $3000 peso hotels which were the equivalent . I can see this place getting $235. per night tops. The staff was top notch. kudos to them. a 13 minute walk across a bridge to terminal one , Benito Juarez airport.

We were there only to sleep for a few hours due to a long layover, and it was fine for that purpose. The room was clean and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles provided. The price point was good, the proximity to the airport, and the shuttle service to/from the airport clinched the deal for me.

After missing our flight back home from CDMX, we decided to get a hotel room at We Hotel until our flight the next morning. The booking and check-in process was seamless. We even got to check-in at 9 am for 80 USD more. The room was basic but comfortable. The bed and pillows I found to be quite lovely. There were 2 restaurants down in the lobby area and we decided to dine at Mi Gusto Es. The staff were all very nice and the area had a few things walking distance that were worth a visit.
