Staff was terrible on the phone, hanging up on us, transferring us to voicemail instead of answering questions, putting calls on a continuous loop. Also charges to my account that were made by others who had the same last name but were in other rooms. Hope this won't be a battle to fix!

I did like my room very much It was comfortable for a couple of days. What I did not like is the fact that the elevator buttons you had to really push in to go down that panel really needs to be fixed.

It was quiet. Staff were nice and helpful. The floor could have been cleaned better. The room definitely had pets before. Ugh allergies.

The Hampton Inn is my go to hotel because it’s clean, well kept and I like the amenities. Our stay was great. We had to wait on the phone for awhile before we talked to a person in order to get picked up by the shuttle , otherwise it was our stay was wonderful.
