Good price point but…
Near the airport on a lagoon. Price point was ok. It had 8.8 rating, but I don’t know how. It feels dated. Instead of fixing things, just added a new coat of paint. Cabinet doors were literally falling off the cabinets. Front desk staff tried to shine us on about an “upgrade” he was giving us. It was the same room we booked. Lobby BLARED reggae music all day. Even during both mornings at breakfast. Breakfast was the typical scrambled eggs, waffles, but they had fruit and yogurt. DO NOT eat the hash!

The property was very well cared of and the staff was really nice. However the parking situation was less than ideal. Had to pay and $15 a day for parking and if I would have known earlier, we probably would have booked another location. Additionally the sofa bed option was a plus but it was really uncomfortable to sleep in it. Overall thou, it was a plus.

A very nice hotel. Felt like a home away from home. It was a lot bigger than I expected! Wish I could have stayed longer! Perfect for families! Great area for kids to play in the room. Took a great nap and it was very quiet and comfortable. They even have an outdoor pool and the hotel sits next to a lake!

Robyn’s 60th family vacation
all the staff was so friendly and nice. A front desk lady spent a lot of time with us telling us about the area and good places to take the kids.(I wish I could remember her name). Millcent I think that’s how you spell her name, but not sure my nephew went down to find out lol anyway she was by far the shining star of your hotel. She was so nice and kind to us helped us with breakfast every single morning. And she always had a beautiful smile on her face, she was so welcoming.
