Requested a month and a half in advance for three rooms to be together. Was not accommodated after been told we would be. Front staff seemed irritated upon arrival. Room smelt like cat urine. Second room had wet carpet in front of the fridge. Never enough water available. Even when asking for more staff seemed bother to fill it up. Very few could speak English to help with our needs.

Very convenient
I gave a low score for eco-friendliness because of the plastic knives and forks and plates used at breakfast. Aside from that, a great place to spend the night if you have to fly next day from Miami.
