For the price point, every staff member should be going above and beyond. Some did: Daniel at the beach, the young lady at check in, the bellman at check in. But many acted as if we were bothering them if we had a request or a question. Again, for price point, service should be above and beyond, and many times it was avg or below avg. Beach service was very slow and infrequent, “starts” at 11:30 (too late) and in reality never had a server before 12ish, then took 30-45 min to get food. Restaurants were both 7/10. Nothing to write home about. For the money spent, we won’t be returning. We’ve stayed at comparable properties within a mile or so, with 10/10 restaurants and 10/10 service.
