The front desk was very accommodating with trying to help me with my sim card issues. I enjoyed the Olympic pool sauna steam room and jacuzzi. I forgot my money and they let me take a sport drink on the promise I'd return. I forgot to but called them to let them know when I got to my next destination. Everyone was very kind..

Very nice hotel. Room was a bit dated, and pillows were pretty terrible, but a call to reception resolved pillow issue. Hotel is centrally located and there were many yummy dining options a short walk away.

We were able to check in 5 hours early which was absolutely amazing! Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Room was very spacious, clean and tidy. Everything you need for a stay in Midleton. Overall fabulous stay and experience. Would highly recommend.
