At check-in the original room had extensive black mold of the ceiling in the bathroom/vanity area. Called front desk reported & asked for a safer room. Was told there was only 1 room available. I retrieved the access card & inspected the new room. There was minimal black mold above the shower, which was a common wall with the original black mold room. Since it was the last available room & the city was sold out for NYE, I accepted it. I seriously doubt any notes were recorded for maintenance repair.

There was mold all around the edges/corners of the ceiling. The t.v. remote did not work. As far as the staff was concerned, if they were at the front desk they were polite and helpful. If the staff was out on the property, they were rude and acted put out if you asked them a question. We will not be staying at this property again.

In dire need of upgrades and major repair. The toilet barely worked the sink has a slowwww drain as well as the tub. Also roaches in the bathroom and coffee counter area at the front desk.

Stayed here 1 night before a cruise. Loved the free parking. They had a few covered parking spots. Good location..beach, walmart, starbucks...all you need to be prepared for a cruise. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Will stay here again in the future.

The staff were okay, the indoor area as well. Breakfast was good and areas clean. The elevators weren't working the day we left but we found an easy work around. They should clean the railings on the stairway under where the birds roost since access to some of the amenities is from the stairs.
