Markquenzie was amazing in the front made our anniversary very speacial with waterpark tickets it was a memorable celebration, Johnny the bartender made the best drinks and was incredible at the bar, the guards if also like to shout them out very charming and helpful.

We were dissatisfied with our room. The blinds were broken, and we could not block out any light at night. Also the shower door inside handle was missing making it very hard to shut the door when showering. Lucky I'm tall enough to reach over the top. The outlets on the nightstands were very lose and worn out. It made it very hard to charge any electronic device. Room needs to be updated.

The property experience a heating problem, so it was very cold. When I called customer service they was aware of the situation and they said they are resolving it , but it was too late because my day was already completed.. the clerk say this issue isn’t the normal.

Where do I even start…. I guess the beginning. I got to the hotel around 9pm. The check in line had three people in front of me and there were three people behind the desk working. Tell me why it took them over half an hour to check me in?? Upon checking in they gave me a room saying it was on the third floor near the west of the property with ample parking. Well after quite a few minutes of being confused we finally found out how to drive the maze of a parking lot and had to park two buildings down from ours due to there not being enough parking. Also turns out our room was actually on the fourth floor…which was hard to find and irritating. NOW to get to the best part! I booked and paid extra for the room with the jacuzzi HOWEVER as soon as we walked in the room was a whopping 52 degrees! Only 13 degrees warmer than it was outside….and there was absolutely ZERO hot water so not only could we really not shower but the jacuzzi was just pointless to have. I went down to the front desk myself to ask them about the temperature of the room and water and they said they would send someone up and that I could get a heater and blankets. Later once getting back to the room we had blankets and the engineer came up to tell us there was nothing he could do. They offered absolutely no refund or credit. There was also never any room service. By day three our room was actually colder than it was outside, we just wanted to leave so we could take warm showers. I wish I could say more.

Very good overall experience. The property was in good shape, spacious, well equipped, and had a beautiful view of the Disney Fireworks over the lake. Unfortunately it was cold when we visited, so we didn't get to enjoy the water park, but the Hot tub and kiddy pool were great. The only issues were tech related. The living room TV had a couple of bad pixels and the HDMI input didn't work, and the bedroom TV had poor sound quality. This wasn't a big deal for us, but I could certainly imagine it being frustrating for some people. Additionally, the Wi-Fi network in our building seemed insecure (no sign in required) So I avoided using it. Last point for improvement: the check in process seemed oddly long. To the point where the manager was frustrated with how many cars had parked outside while their owners were trying to check in. Besides these minor issues, that could easily be fixed, the stay was excellent!
