We couldn't control the temperature. Our room was freezing cold. We turned on the heat but that didnt work. The only way to warm up the room was to leave the patio door open.

I was disappointed that the hot tub wasn't clean there was hair and other things in the tub. Also the toilet wouldn't flush it seemed broken and there were other small issues.

The location is very convenient for both Universal and Disney parks. The staff is very helpful. Pools are clean. Some areas need a bit of renovation, but it doesn’t hurt the overall experience

The property was beautiful, our room was clean and roomy. Had nice amenities. However I went through a third party to reserve our room. Had to cut the trip a day short and they refuse to give back any money for the second day. Seems a little ridiculous for one night to not work with a customer. Third party reached out to hotel and they still wouldn’t give any money back unless we had a doctors note. I would have come back to stay there with my family but not after that. They also wanted to sell me a time share property but why would even consider it if they wouldn’t work with me having to leave a day early.

Convenient if you want something close-ish to the parks and I guess good if you have kids as they have things to do on the property like pool, coordinated activities, bowling, etc. Staff was nice but I rated that 3 stars as they will bug you about time-shares… they literally called my room and woke me up in the morning to do so. The room was clean with no technical issues but outdated. Property was a bit out of sorts though.

Very clean and everyone was very nice. I wish I could rate it Five Stars but the Spa was out the entire week, the rentable amenities were very low quality considering everything else was so expensive. The food I did eat there was also not very good, my girlfriend and I got a croissant from their Starbucks there and it was hard as a rock.
