Awful. Completely misrepresented in the listing. Construction noise, 10 min walk from street level to room through dark hallways and multiple elevators, broken toilet, super uncomfortable bed, TV randomly turning on in the middle of the waking us up...the list goes on. Avoid.

We stayed at the Sonder while in town for a concert. Location was great - within 20min walk to Queen W and King W for shopping. ~45min walk to Rogers Center. Lots of transit options to facilitate going back and forth if walking long distances isn't an option. Accommodations were beautiful - we stayed in a 2bd, 2 bath with accessible entry and showers (awesome to have available for those requiring environmental modifications). Beautiful decor. Clean unit. High end luxury hair and body care products. In suite laundry. Dishwasher. Free storage lockers were a bonus and made our stay that much easier as we had a late flight out. Super easy to access and use.

I liked that this property was right on the streetcar line, so getting transportation was super easy. You walk out the door and you’re right at the stop. The building itself is a little complicated to navigate once you’re inside, but you get the hang of it after leaving and returning once or twice.

Unfortunately the room that I booked had an issue with their fan / central air system. The system kept making banging noises almost every hour, even if I turned it off. Due to this, I was woken up almost every 45 minutes during the night. I tried to message them through their app but did not get a response.

I was very surprised about how clean everything was, from the the bathrooms to kitchen ,front desk was very helpful, i paid for assign parking which made a hugh difference, cause street parking may be very challenging..i will definitely recommend thus place ...

Easy check in - though perhaps the code could be a little shorter! 7/8 digits is hard to key in with full hands and a line of people behind you. Otherwise, great location, nice furniture, amenities. Easy street parking directly in front of the building (paid during the day, free overnight). Would stay again!
