"Overall, great property with a wonderful location next to Times Square. I would definitely recommend. The property will store your baggage if your flight is not till well after checkout, allowing more time in the city. The property charges a fee for this service. Only frustration was I was told one fee and received an email from the hotel stating the same fee, however, when I went to use the service the fee was higher than what I was told and what the email said. I inquired and was told they “the fee changed several months ago but we have not gotten around to updating the information in the email”. "

"Very accommodating. Room much smaller than I thought it would be. Clean and comfortable. Some small details over looked like the bottom of the bathroom door was wrecked. Bed very comfortable bedding very comfortable. No air-condition starting in November but they do provide a fancy fan. Staff was wonderful"
